First Moderna dose (Paediatric) | Patient must be 6-11 years old. |
Second Moderna dose (Paediatric) | It must be at least 4 weeks since patient's last dose (recommended 8 weeks), and patient must be 6-11 years old. |
Third Moderna dose (Paediatric Immunocompromised) | It must be at least 2 months since patient's last dose, and patient must be 6-11 years old. |
If a paediatric patient received their paediatric dose before age 12, and has since turned 12, they are eligible for teen/adult patient doses. |
