PlusOne recording first and foremost
Learn why recording PPS in PlusOne is just as important as recording services in the PPA portal
- A patient’s Medscheck consultation history can be accessed through PlusOne, including the ‘Action Plan'
Please note, the action plan component is not recorded in the Pharmacy Programs Administrator portal (PPA) for claiming and therefore supporting documentation should be stored for auditing purposes.

- A ‘Medscheck Consumer Report’ is generated in PlusOne for the patient to take home with them. This contains a medication profile and action plan.
Please note, a medication profile must be provided to the patient and a copy retained by the pharmacist.

Staged Supply
- The Supply Schedule table is created through PlusOne (please see example below)
- Details of each supply instalment can be accessed in the patient’ consultation history
Please note, the supply schedule / supply instalment component is not recorded in the Pharmacy Programs Administrator portal (PPA) for claiming and therefore supporting documentation should be stored for auditing purposes.

Data Collection (Patient Registration and 6 month follow up)
- Recording Data Collection in PlusOne calculates the average MedsIndex score automatically
- Recording Data Collection in PlusOne generates a Patient Medication Profile spreadsheet for each patient, and the entire spreadsheet is able to be copy and pasted in to the Pharmacy Program Administrator portal for claiming.
This can be accessed via (for each patient):
PlusOne > Record Services > Reports > 6CPA Data Collection > Select the Excel file next to patient’s name > Save > Copy entire spreadsheet > paste to PPA portal
